Priyanka Chopra said her father put a lot of restrictions on her when she was 16. He even sealed the windows of the house. The actress revealed during a recent interview that a boy jumped off her balcony at night, angering his father Ashok Chopra.

Priyanka told The Howard Stern Show, “I was really nervous because my dad sent a 12-year-old girl with pigtails to America and I cut my hair to look cool there. She was the only job. I went back to India with the Americans and tastes,” She said. Priyanka’s father was so worried about the attention she was getting that he ordered his daughter to take off her jeans and put on a salwar kameez.

She added, “When I returned to the small town of India, I was like this, and everyone used to notice,” the actress continued. Boys followed me home from high school in America.
