The ex-fiancee of Priyanka Chopra’s brother Siddhart Chopra Ishita Kumar got married in London. She shared a few pictures of wedding rituals on her instagram handle. Ishita could be seen smiling in the candid pictures. She draped red saree and opted for traditional jewellery, looked stunning. A lot of people congratulated her in the comment section.
Siddharth and Ishita who were set to get married in 2009, called off their wedding at tha last moment. Priyanka’s mom Madhu Chopra revealed the reason behind the cancellation of the marriage. She said , ” My Son Siddharth said he was not ready for the marriage yet, he needed more time.
The entire Chopra family was excited for the wedding which was planned to take place in Mumbai. Priyanka Chopra with her husband Nick Jonas travelled to India especially for the Roka ceremony.
Post calling off their wedding, Ishita flew back to London and posted a picture on her Instagram handle with the caption, ” Back in London, Time to Focus on Work”. In another post she wrote , ” Cheers to the new beginning” with a goodbye kiss to beautiful endings. Ishita also deleted her photo with Siddharth, and the photos of their roka ceremony.
Meanwhile, Siddharth is reportedly dating Neelam Upadhyay. Neelam is an Indian actress, who has worked in telugu and tamil films.The rumoured couple was first spotted at Ambani residence attending a function together. He wished Neelam on her special day, he wrote on Instagram,” wish you a very happy birthday @neelamupadhya. Have all the cake u can and celebrate each moment. Have a great and blessed year ahead.
