Actress Flora Saini attained fame by playing titular role in Dinesh Vijan’s horror comedy Stree. In the past, Saini has openly talked about being in a abusive relationship with producer Gaurang Doshi for 14 months. Now, recently she has revealed horrifying details of the physical abuse she had to bore at the hands of Doshi.

Flora who is fighting for justice since 2007 shared a video on her official Instagram handle. In this, she opened up about dating a ‘famous producer’ when she was 20. Recalling the time, Flora said, “I was in love with him. But soon things took a U-turn. He turned abusive, he would box my face and punch my private parts. He snatched away my phone and forced me to quit work. For 14 months, he didn’t allow me talk to anyone. One evening he punched me in the stomach, after which I ran away and began living with her parents.

The actress further stated that it took her a lot of time to recover from the incident. After a while, she returned to acting and is happy today. “I’ve even found love,” Flora added.

In the caption area, Flora wrote, “Life can only be lived forward and some of the biggest blessings of life come after learning biggest lessons. So never stop believing in the magic of life and let the universe surprise you ❤️I STILL BELIEVE IN FAIRY TALES.”

For the unknown, Flora Saini started her career in 1999. But it was only after 2016 that she got noticed. Flora has appeared in various web series such as Maid in India, Gandi Baat, Mayanagari: City of Dreams, and Aarya.

She has also featured in Kannada, Telugu and Tamil films. In Bollywood, Flora has appeared in movies like Stree, Bhediya, Do Lafzon Ki Kahani, Guddu Ki Gun, among others.
