Raj Kundra will play a lead role in his upcoming film, ‘UT69.’ The film is reportedly based on his infamous arrest incident. To everyone’s surprise, Raj who never removes his face mask, recently removed it at the trailer launch event of his film. Additionally, Raj revealed the reason behind why he has always kept a face mask on since his release from the jail.

It was on October 18, 2023, when Raj Kundra arrived at the trailer launch of his upcoming film, ‘UT69.’ Reportedly, the film revolves around Raj Kundra’s infamous arrest incident. The narrative deals with how Raj landed up in jail for his alleged involvement in consuming pornographic content.

Raj arrived at the trailer launch event with his helmet-like mask on. He later removed it in front of the paparazzi. While removing his face mask, he also disclosed the reason why he always kept it on. He was heard saying:

“I wore the mask out of pain. The media trial was painful. It was more painful than my legal trial that’s going on. I don’t blame you (addressing media) as you were doing your work. But it was so painful that I wanted to cover up. I don’t want to be spotted. I don’t want to get clicked.”

Recently, Shilpa Shetty accompanied his husband to a dinner date with a face mask. The couple posed for the paparazzi with masks covering their face. Before entering the restaurant, the actress removed the mask as the media people requested them to do so.
