Ram Setu: Akshay Kumar’s Film Dogged By Controversies; Subramanian Swamy Threatened FIR

Bollywood actress Akshay Kumar will be seen working in ‘Ram Setu’ after Raksha Bandhan. This film will knock in theatres very soon. However, even before its release, Ram Setu has been embroiled in controversy. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has accused the actor and said that the film contains wrong facts and that is why he has asked for an FIR.

Actually, Subramanian Swamy has made two tweets, in which he has talked about registering a case against Akshay Kumar. He wrote in his tweet that I am going to file a case against Akshay Kumar and his Karma Media because they have presented wrong facts in their film ‘Ram Setu’. The image of Ram Setu has been damaged by this film. In his second tweet, the BJP leader wrote, ‘If actor Akshay Kumar is a foreign national, we can ask him to be arrested and evicted from his adopted country.

Recently, a poster of this film of Akshay Kumar was also revealed, due to which the actor came under the target of trolls. In this poster, Akshay was seen trying to see something with a torch in his hand. At the same time, a torch was seen in Jacqueline’s hand standing near her. People did not understand the logic of torch and torch together, due to which both the actors were trolled a lot. Let us tell you that ‘Ram Setu’ is a mythological film, which is being directed by Abhishek Sharma. Apart from Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez, the film also stars Nushrat Bharucha and the film is releasing on the occasion of Diwali this year.

Talking about Akshay Kumar’s film career, he was seen working in Samrat Prithviraj. This film was a flop. On the other hand, if we talk about the upcoming films of the actor, then he is working in Raksha Bandhan. The film is releasing on 11 August 2022. Actors like Bhumi Pednekar, Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna, Sadia Khateeb, Smrithi Srikanth and Seema Pahwa are working with him in this film.
