Rohit Roy Recalls Salman Khan Calling Him ‘Fat Cow’ After He Gained Weight, ‘Won’t Give Any Work’

Actor Rohit Roy has given some incredible performances on screen in his two decades long career. He began with TV and successfully graduated to films. But this journey has not been a cakewalk for the actor. In a recent interview, Rohit revealed how meeting megastar Salman Khan brought about a major change in his life.

While in an interaction with Siddharth Kannan, the actor said that a few years ago, he met the superstar at the Celebrity Cricket League in Ahmedabad. The two had a conversation where Rohit shared his frustration with Salman about the kind of work industry was offering him. It was the time in his life when he was annoyed with his television career.

Rohit said that he had put on a lot of weight. He told Salman that he was trying his best but things were not happening and that he was not happy. The latter looked at him and called him a ‘fat cow’. Salman said that that even he wouldn’t give any work to Rohit.

Rohit revealed that everything that Salman shared with him that day led to his complete metamorphosis physically. He was 45-46, and decided that before touching 50, he wants to be the sexiest 50-year-old and it happened. The actor said he wasn’t looking bad, but the megastar could see that he could be more.

Furthermore, Rohit mentioned that when he was thinking of becoming an actor, Salman would often compare him to Hollywood actor from ’60s, Rock Hudson.

For the unversed, Rohit Roy has starred in Hrithik Roshan-starrer ‘Kaabil’. He also appeared in ‘Mumbai Saga’, and ‘Forensic’ last year. Rohit was part of ongoing ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’ before taking voluntary exit due to health issues.
