Ryan Stephens, Indoo Ki Jawaani Producer Passes Away – Bollywood Stars Pay Tribute

Covid 19 has claimed too many lives and continues to ravage its way through the world. Bollywood recently lost ace producer Ryan Stephens to this deadly virus. Ryan Ivan Stephens, a very well known producer in the Bollywood industry, was admitted to a hospital in Goa after contracting Covid virus. He had been associated with big shot production houses in the industry like Dharma in the past. His best works include the Kiara Advani starrer, Indoo Ki Jawani and a short film called ‘Devi’.

The news of his demise was confirmed by the director of Indoo Ki Jawani and a friend Abir Sengupta. He defined his passing as heartbreaking. He said that “Ryan passed away this morning. He was battling Covid-19. He was in Goa, his friends and family are doing arrangements for his funeral.“ Soon after the news of Ryan’s passing spread, Bollywood stars took to social media to express their concern and offer condolences to his family.

A heartbroken Kiara Advani who had starred in his feature film shared Ryan’s pictures on her social media handles with the caption saying ‘gone too soon’. Later on, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt also paid their tribute and expressed their grief by sharing his pictures on their respective social media stories. The Family Man lead Manoj Bajpayee also shared his condolences by writing “It’s so so shocking for all of us who knew this gentle soul. It really can’t be true!! I will miss you, my friend RYAN.”

Director, actor and musician, Farhan Akhtar paid his tribute to Ryan by sharing his grief over the shocking news on Twitter. He wrote “saddened and shocked to hear about the passing of Ryan Stephen. Gone too soon… condolences to the family. RIP.” Dia Mirza, Pooja Bhatt and Nikhil Advani’s production team also paid homage to Stephen and called him a kind and compassionate person.
