Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan will stay at Shahid Kapoor’s house in Juhu, Mumbai. The actor has taken the apartment on lease in Praneta Building on Juhu Tara Road. The apartment belongs to Shahid.

He lived in the property with his wife Mira Rajput and their children Zain Kapoor and Misha Kapoor, until last year, when they moved to a new duplex in Worli, Mumbai. The sea-facing apartment is a penthouse, overlooking the beach and in neutral tones, drenched in greenery and offering some of the best views of Mumbai’s Juhu Beach.

Shahid bought the property in 2014 before he married Mira. They welcomed their daughter Misha Kapoor. The proximity to Juhu Beach is the main thing of the building. According to reports, the property in Praneta Building is spread over 3,681 square feet. It comes with two parking spaces in the compound. The lease terms stipulate a 7% increase in rent per year.

Kartik Aaryan will pay ₹7.5 lakh in the first 12 months, ₹8.02 lakh in the second year, and ₹8.58 lakh in the third year, according to a news portal. The actor gave 45 lakh as a security deposit.
