Budding star Tripti Dimri has proven her acting mettle with films like Laila Majnu and Bulbbul. Apart from hitting headlines for portraying some unconventional roles on-screen, she has often been in news for her alleged love affair with Anushka Sharma’s brother Karnesh. In the latest media interaction, Dimri seemingly confirmed the same.
During an interview with a leading portal, Tripti was asked whether she is dating someone right now. To this, she took some time and replied in a cryptic way. “The ship has already sailed is what I can say right now,” stated Tripti.
Her statement indeed confirmed her relationship status and according to speculations, the actress is seeing Karnesh Sharma since the time the two started working on Anvita Dutt’s Bulbbul which was backed by her beau’s production house Clean Slate Filmz. Her recent release Qala was also bankrolled by Karnesh. The duo often share adorable photos with each other on social media too.
Furthermore, Tripti heaped praises on Karnesh and Anushka. She called her collaboration with them ‘an amazing association’ and tagged the siblings as ‘very hardworking and sorted people’.
Tripti said that both Karnesh and Anushka are outsiders just like her. Buy they have clear intentions and are fearless. “They make films that they believe in, they tell stories that they believe in so that is very inspiring and I even want to learn from them as an actor,” she quoted.

The actress will next appear in Anand Tiwari’s untitled romantic comedy opposite Vicky Kaushal. She also has a role in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal which features Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna.
