King Khan Reigns Supreme: SRK Cheers KKR to Victory at Eden Gardens
He told SRK that he liked him and that he had heard the superstar was the safest person in Bollywood. In my eyes, Shah Rukh Khan is a very important person. Abhishek Bachchan told me that SRK is the safest guy in the business ever. He often tells other artists what they can do.
Sidhu also talked about the first time he met SRK. “I met him at Model School ground,” he said. He was in circus at the time, and one of the shows was called Fauji. That’s what he said he wanted to do: go to Bollywood. When I asked how he planned to do it without a family member and with so much competition, he said he had a plan. Then he said, “I only compete with myself.” This event has never left my mind. On that day, I knew this guy would do great things. His success doesn’t make him proud, he said.
