Her luxurious flat is located in the Central Business District of BKC, Mumbai. Sonam sold this flat on December 29 for 32.5 crores. Sonam has made a profit of one crore rupees by selling the flat. It is reported that the house of Sonam has been bought by a famous company named SMF Infrastructure. The buyer who bought this Sonam Kapoor flat has also spent around Rs 1.95 crore as stamp duty.
