It is the political game that creates all this hatred. He stated that people will witness that people do not want the two nations to fight with each other in his forthcoming film also.

Soon after, this remark from the actor made it to the internet. Many users were left disappointed with Sunny for saying it on the occasion was of Kargil Diwas. One user wrote, “Was it necessary to praise Pakistanis on the eve of Kargil diwas where we lost many of our jawans against Pakistan?”. Another stated, “Come out of your cave, Sunny Deol. Go and visit a camp of Pakistani Hindus.” A third one penned, “Sunny paaji pagla gaye.” “Wasn’t your film all about bashing Pakistan?” asked a netizen.

Talking about ‘Gadar 2’, the movie is a sequel to 2001’s ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’. It will see old cast i.e. Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma reprising their roles. Sunny will cross the border once again to save his son. Packed with action and romance, the film is directed by Anil Sharma.
