Sushmita Sen Gives Shout Out To Pakistani Singer Shamoon Ismail After Praising Danyal Zafar!

Bollywood diva Sushmita Sen is a powerhouse of talent and a music lover too. And when it comes to appreciating talent, Sen knows no boundaries. Previously, she had praised Pakistani singer Danyal Zafar for his mesmerising voice in the song Udh Chaliye and with her recent social media post, it seems like the former Miss Universe has become a fan of another singer from cross border, Shamoon Ismail.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Sushmita shared a reel featuring herself and her daughters. She is seen doing a drone shot while  jet-skiing in the ocean during her vacation in the Maldives. Alongside the reel, she wrote, “There can be choppy waters and smooth sailing. Life is truly what you make of it! My girls and I ride the waves together but I check out the waters first of course.”

What caught everyone’s attention was the song playing in the background of her reel i.e. Shamoon Ismail’s Marijuana. She showed her love for contemporary musician Shamoon by tagging him in her post.

Let us tell you that the Aarya actor’s obsession with Pakistani music came to light when earlier this year, she heaped praises on Ali Zafar’s younger brother Danyal Zafar for being great at his vocals. Putting a video of a car drive with her daughter on Instagram, she wrote, “The breeze, the drive, the open skies and Alisah’s favourite song [Zafar’s Udh Chaliye] on repeat.” She further called Udh Chaliye a “perfect” track for late-night drives.

When Danyal saw this post, he could not contain his excitement. The two exchanged lovely words through comments. Have a look:

A few months ago, Sushmita grabbed eyeballs when business tycoon Lalit Modi shared cosy pictures with her and announced their relationship on social media. However, as per the recent reports, the two have allegedly broken up within two months of making it official.

On the professional front, Sushmita Sen has signed a biopic of an actress and will soon make a huge comeback to films.
