My mother packed so many utensils, pressure cookers and Things in Sandook.

Swara told Mashable India about her move to Mumbai. she said: I was clear that I came to Mumbai to become a heroine. Mai Shah Rukh Khan banna chahti thi (I wanted to be Shah Rukh Khan). Shifting to Mumbai was like a filmy shot where villagers arriving at CST with Boria-bistara (luggage) have just arrived. My parents even gave me a bedding roll that no one has used for 50 years. I also have a burden.

She continues; My mom thought I wasn’t getting married, so she put everything in my luggage, that she would have given me for my wedding. There were dishes, pots and pressure cookers, and I thought, “Mom, there are dishes in Bombay.” I came like an idiot with too much luggage. Of course, this is the record of my life, because the load is very large.

Landlord Used to Think These Girls are Awaara

Swara revealed that she and her friend were also struggling to find a home in Mumbai because the landlord thinks these girls are ‘awaaras’ (tramps) who look like they may have a boyfriend. This exacerbated the problem when the landlord registered restrictions on the building in Swara and In return, she started explaining the fundamental rights and freedom of people.

Lived one month in Someone’s Office

she further recalled: “Therefore, I did not find a home in Andheri. I found a newly built company in Goregaon. And after spending a month in someone’s office, I had to leave the office before 9 am and return only after 6 pm. I used to leave at 9 am and sit in the malls or by the road. This was the office of screenwriter Anjum Razavalli. Yes, that’s why I stayed in Raajneeti’s (2010) writer’s room. Every day They yells, “You ran out of water again,” because we both went for a walk after a shower. At one time, the six of us lived in the BHK in Goregaon.

After her debut in Madholal Keep Walking, Swara worked with Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai and Aditya Roy Kapoor in Guzaarish (2010).
