Teenage Parineeti Chopra Mesmerizes With Patriotic Performance On Doordarshan Chandigarh
Parineeti Chopra is elated with the success of her latest movie, Amar Singh Chamkila. She is happy that people are appreciating her performance and enjoying watching the movie. In the film, Diljit Dosanjh portrays the role of the late Punjabi singer Chamkila, while Parineeti Chopra plays his wife and singing partner, Amarjot Kaur.
Many fans were surprised to see Parineeti’s excellent singing skills while performing Amarjot’s songs throughout the movie. It’s interesting to know that she has always been passionate about music.
DD days for Parineeti
We now have a video of Parineeti from 2004. She was on a special show for Doordarshan Chandigarh at that time. Back then, Parineeti was only 16 years old, and it would be years before she made her starring debut in Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl in 2011.
Many kids, including Parineeti, are singing a national song called “Desh Ki Sewa” in the video. That short, elegant bob hairstyle that was popular among young girls in the early 2000s makes her look stunning. She’s wearing an orange suit and light makeup.
Someone replied to the DD Chandigarh YouTube video from three years ago, “These songs performed by Parineeti Chopra and her coworkers were produced with my help at DD Chandigarh in 2004. No one knew that this little star Parineeti would grow up to be our proud Bollywood star.”
It always makes me happy to see you again and again. Wishing you the best, Pari. DD Chandigarh’s Director and Head of Programs, Dr. NS Manhas.
Netizens’ Reactions to the Video
Fans of Parineeti were also amazed by how she looked in the video. “Gosh!! Absolutely nothing has changed about her! “read a comment on Instagram.
“She looks the same how come,” commented another person. “Ye konsa battery stopper lagaya hua hai isne (What has to used to stop herself from aging)? before vs before,” commented a person.
Work Front
Parineeti’s first movie singing role was in the 2017 movie Meri Pyaari Bindu. Her song “Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi” did fabulously well. “Honestly, it was nerve-wracking. I am always singing. I have even sung on stage before but singing on the mic is on another level. Now, I understand why playback singers are geniuses because for that, you require talent. Thankfully, I think I performed okay for the first song,” she told HT seven years ago about singing for the movie.
