During the second wave of COVID-19 in the year 2021, the government of Ukraine opened its doors to tourists. In August 2021, director SS Rajamouli took the RRR team to Ukraine to shoot for the song ‘Nacho Nacho’. Jr NTR, Ram Charan and others stayed in Kyiv for two weeks to shoot. During an interview on Vijay Television, Jr NTR complained that he and Ram Charan had to practice the hook step of the song for several days. Arvind Sametha jokingly said that Rajamouli harassed both of them during the shooting of the song.
