The friendship between Imlie fame actors Fahmaan Khan and Sumbul Touqeer is something which everyone is familiar with. The bond between them was also seen in Bigg Boss house where Sumbul was a participant and Fahmaan came as a guest for few days. But now, everything is not going well between Fahmaan and Sumbul. In a recent interview, the actor opened up on the same and blamed Sumbul’s father for their fallout.

How it all began?

When Sumbul was inside the Bigg Boss house, her manager called Fahmaan for his support towards the actress. He simply told the manager that he will do things in his own way. But this did not go down well with Sumbul’s father who later told his daughter that Fahmaan refused to support her.

After coming out of the controversial reality show, the hit duo did a music album together. Post the success of Sumbul and Fahmaan’s music video ‘Ishq Ho Gaya’, the duo was about to bring another music video with singer Tabish Pasha. But this could not happen. Tabish had revealed that the music video with Fahmaan and Sumbul could not happen because Sumbul’s father did not want her to feature alongside Fahmaan.

Tabish had said, “This is for the fans of Sumbul and Fahman, who wanted to see them in the second video. The song and everything was done. We tried, even Fahmaan tried but now this video will not happen. This is because of Sumbul’s father Touqeer ji. He doesn’t want Sumbul to be a part of it. So because of him we are not able to do this.” Later, Sumbul released a video and said that her family should not be involved in all this.

Fahmaan on his fallout with Sumbul

Now, Fahmaan has broken silence on the entire matter. In a conversation with Bollywood Bubble, the actor said, “I did not involve Sumbul anywhere in this. Because I know it is not coming from her side. I called her father and said, ‘Look uncle, I am talking for the last time. Please forgive me. Leave it.’ But he said that he will not. So I called Tabish and told him that Sumbul’s father doesn’t want us to work together.”

Furthermore, Fahmaan also disclosed that he tried talking to Sumbul when they met on ‘Entertainment Ki Raat Housefull’ but nothing could be sorted out.

Workwise, Fahmaan Khan is currently doing ‘Pyaar Ke Saat Vachan Dharampatnii’.
