The tragic death of TV and film actress Tunisha Sharma has send shock waves to the entire nation. Besides her family and fans, celebrities from the acting fraternity are also mourning the loss of this 20-year-old gem. Though Sharma died by suicide, her demise has ignited a debate across the country about depression and troubled relationships.
According to Tunisha’s mother, the break up of late actress from her co-star Sheezan Mohammed Khan forced her to take this extreme step. She has also accused Khan of cheating on her daughter with some several other women and abetting to her suicide.
Now, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut too has expressed her thoughts on the ongoing case of Tunisha. In a long note posted on her Instagram stories, Ranaut called Tunisha’s suicide a ‘murder’ and urged the government of India to make strict laws against polygamy without content.
In her message, Kangana said that women can face everything- be it loss of love, marriage, relationship, or even a loved one. But they cannot handle the fact that their relationship never had love and her partner exploited her love and vulnerability. When truth comes to her forefront, her reality start to wrap and she tries to fit in the facts that are revealed to her in a shocking manner. And every incident that she had connected with love starts to replay in her mind. Slowly, she starts distrusting her own perception and in such a state, one feels no difference in being alive or dead.
Furthermore, the Queen actress stated that indulging in sexual acts with multiple women without their consent and breaking up with them for no valid reason should be a criminal offense. She requested the prime minister Narendra Modi to announce immediate death sentence to men who does these kind of things.
For the unversed, Tunisha Sharma hanged herself to death on the sets of her show Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul on December 24. She reportedly fell into severe depression after break up with Sheezan Mohammed Khan.
