Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has worked in South films as well as in Bollywood. She often hit headlines for her affair with actor Vijay Varma. However, in the recent times, the actress has come into limelight for the bold scenes she has given in her recent projects. Before this, Tamannaah had never given any intimate shots in her films and also had a no kissing policy in her contract.

Tamannaah’s ‘Lust Stories 2’ has been released on OTT. The anthology is special for many reasons. Firstly, for the film, the actress has broken her 18-year-old policy of not doing sex scenes in films. Secondly, she will be seen romancing her beau Vijay for the first time on screen in this film.

Tamannaah talks about doing intimate scenes on screen

While talking about the same, Tamannaah told in a conversation with News18, “I was that viewer who found it strange to watch something like this while sitting with my family. I used to start looking here and there. I used to panic or become uncomfortable. For a long time I did not do any intimate scenes in my films.”

Tamannaah further said, “So for me, it was a journey to become an actress who caters to the needs of the audience. The journey till now was blur. I don’t want anything like this to happen to my audience. This illusion of mine has been shattered. That’s why I am enjoying my work by exploring myself as an artist and playing different roles.”

For the unknown, ‘Lust Stories 2’ also stars Kajol, Neena Gupta, Tilottama Shome, Mrunal Thakur, Kumud Mishra, Amrita Subhash and Angad Bedi. The anthology has four stories which attempt to give different message to the audiences. It is directed by Sujoy Ghosh, R Balki, Amit Ravindernath Sharma and Konkona Sen Sharma. The film came out on 29 June, 2023.
