The play is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, who was the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Rashmika plays Yesubai Bhonsale, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s wife, and Vicky plays him in the movie.
