Film producer Aaliya Siddiqui took to her Instagram handle to react to a First Information Report (FIR) against her by her husband-actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui. According to Versova police, Aaliya had an argument with Nawazuddin’s mother. Sharing a photocopy of the FIR on social media, Aaliya termed it ‘shocking.’

Aaliya said that it is shocking. Her genuine criminal complaints against her husband go unattended by the Police. However, she enters her husband’s house. A criminal complaint / FIR is immediately filed against her within a few hours. She wrote, “Will I ever get justice, this way.”

Aaliya’s other name is also Zainab. She is Nawazuddin’s second wife, according to the news agency ANI. A decade ago, Nawazuddin married Aaliya. The couple has a son Yaani Siddiqui and a daughter Shora Siddiqui.

According to the police, Nawazuddin, his mother, and Aaliya had a property dispute. Under sections 452, 323, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, a case was registered.

Aaliya had earlier sent a legal notice to Nawazuddin for divorce. She alleged that she was a victim of domestic violence, which was the main reason for her demand for separation. She said that Nawazuddin’s brother Shamas Siddiqui hit her. Later, in 2021, she reversed her decision to divorce Nawazuddin.

On the professional front, Nawazuddin was seen in 2022 opposite Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria-starrer Heropanti 2 last. While the film is hitting the box-office, he has several films in the pipeline. This includes Haddi. He will play a role of a transgender in the film. Fans cannot wait for the film.
