Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee is one of the most sought-after artistes in the industry. His brilliant acting skills have made him a fan favourite. Currently, the actor is garnering praises for his recently released film ‘Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai’. There were rumors that the secret behind Manoj’s acting was a shot of vodka before shooting every scene. Now, in a recent interview, the actor has given clarification on the same.

During a conversation on YouTube channel ‘Unfiltered By Samdish’, Manoj opened up on a speculation surrounding him. He said, “Once when I was shooting for a film, a junior girl came and asked, ‘Sir, what is that? Do you drink?’ I told her, ‘Yaar dawai hai yeh’. Then she told me, ‘In our actors gang, there is a rumor that you take shots of vodka before doing any scene!’ I said, ‘You fools, can’t you see the hard work I am doing? You have turned my homeopathy medicine into vodka shots, how can that be the secret of acting.”

Manoj was also reminded about his web series ‘The Family Man’ in the same interaction. When he was told that he would have got the best fees for this series, the actor denied it and stated, “OTT wale give money only to big stars. They are no less than regular producers. I did not get the amount of money I should have got for ‘The Family Man’.

At the same time, Manoj also talked shockingly about Hollywood stars working on OTT. He quoted, “Gora will come, and if he wills to do a show, he will get it. There are factories of big brands in China because the labor there is cheap. Similarly, we are cheap laborers for them. Jack Ryan gets a lot of money.”
