Brad Pitt was promoting his movie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in 2009. He was dressed smartly in a casual outfit except for a fact – His fly was open! He attended the event even without doing anything about it.

Miley Cyrus was performing on NBC New Year’s Eve on December 31st 2021. She was amid her raging number Party in the USA when her top fell off from the front. Holding it up, she turned around, walked off the stage and later came back up, layering her torso with a hot red blazer.
Laugh it off: Dakota Johnson
Dakota Johnson was at the People’s Choice Awards to accept Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress for playing Anastasia Steele in 50 Shades of Grey. When she went on stage to accept the trophy, it looked like the presenter Leslie Mann broke the back of her dress. Mann held it together in place as Dakota gave away her speech, even joking about the situation.
‘It’s not like nobody here hasn’t already seen my boobs.’ The reference was the nude scenes she has done in the movie.

Priyanka was ready to walk the red carpet at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, but alas! The zipper in her dress fell apart. Her team sewed it on the way while she drove off to the destination which was only 5 minutes away.
The case was the opposite for Kylie Jenner. Her dress required a zipper at the 2018 Met Gala when her dress split while putting it on right before the event.

When Paris Hilton appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, he couldn’t help but have fun with the fact that Hilton was wearing two different shoes. He enjoyed the incident afterwards by captioning his Instagram post: ‘When you rush out of the house in wrong shoes.’

During her 2017 St. Patrick’s Day parade, Kate found herself kneeling on the ground because her shoes were stuck in the steel grate. Prince William held her hand for support as she kept smiling graciously until she got her heels unstuck.

‘When I decide to wear an outfit I’m not nervous because when I walk out the door, I’m very secure. I don’t leave unless I’m super secure. I don’t like wardrobe malfunctions! No one does!’ She laughed as she said.
