Paschimottanasana
First, sit with your legs straight. Breathe well. After that, straighten both hands above the head and extend them in the posture of Namaskar. Exhale this time. Bend your body and bring your hands up to your feet. Do not bend your legs. In this situation, hold the ankle with both hands. This time keep your head on your feet. After a few moments, extend both hands up to the head again. Then slowly return to the previous position. Apart from reducing mental stress, this asana also reduces high blood pressure.
Halasana
You have to lie down on the mat with your back down. After that, keeping the hands on the ground, the legs with the axle should slowly touch the ground with the joint of the spine above the head.
Dhanurasana
With your stomach facing down, lie down on the mat. Bend the knees and hold both ankles with both hands. With inhaling, the navel should touch the ground and raise the whole body.
Bhujangasana
After lying down on the mat, both hands will be on either side of the shoulders. After that, take a breath and slowly lift your shoulders off the ground.
Kapalabhati
Sit in the Padmasana posture and breathe through your mouth and hold for a few moments. This time slowly exhale through the nose. Make sure that the stomach comes inward a little while exhaling. Do this 20 times in a row. Take a break and repeat.
