Divya Agarwal Says Women Are Not Encouraged To Embrace Sexual Desires; ‘Our Society…’

Actress and reality TV star Divya Agarwal has always grabbed headlines for her love life. She first turned heads by breaking up with choreographer Priyank Sharma on national television. After that, she remained in a live-in relationship with actor Varun Sood for a long time before shocking everyone with her separation. The actress is now engaged with businessman Apurva Padgaonkar. She is soon turning host for the upcoming OTT show K.I.N.K (Kiss Ishq N Konnections).

Divya Agarwal talks about importance of intimacy

In a recent interview with Free Press Journal, Divya talked about evolving from a participant to host. She also opened up on the importance of engaging in conversations regarding physical intimacy between partners.

Speaking about her hosting duties, the reality TV star said that she feels a different sense of responsibility. She shared that she was expecting less out of herself. But when she was put into that position, she did a fair job. Divya said that it is her originality and authenticity that keeps her going. She is never scared of saying things as they are. She is not afraid of differentiating between black, grey and white.

Furthermore, the actress shed light on the cruciality of discussing compatibility as it is supposed. She opined:

“The trouble with our society is women are not encouraged to embrace their sexual desire. People do not engage in conversations and there is often a lot of hesitation attached to this topic. A woman often hesitates in expressing to her husband that something between them is missing and that they must seek help. But they hardly realise that intimacy, compatibility and touch are important for a relationship to work. In fact, these are the only factors that count.”
