Kareena Kapoor Khan Finally Reacts To People Trolling Her For Naming Son ‘Jehangir’

We can undoubtedly say that actors, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan and their kids are B-Town’s one of the most loved and followed families. They are regal and classy to another level. Their casual outings become a piece of news in no time.

However, with the bunch of people who admire and accept them, there are also a set of people who don’t step back from bashing, criticizing, and trolling them. If we take the latest case into consideration, after netizens got to know that Saif and Kareena have named their second child, Jehangir, the two were at the receiving end.

How did netizens get to know about it?

In Kareena’s latest released book ‘Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible’, we came to know that her second born baby’s name is Jehangir Ali Khan. Earlier, citizens were only familiar with the duo’s second child’s name as Jeh Ali Khan. Some even sarcastically expressed if it’s a short form for, Jehlaluddin or Jehangir. So when netizens came to know about his full name which is Jehangir, they began to troll Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor in an ugly manner. Some bigots accused them of bringing back the Mughal period to the current era as according to them, Mughals had been really brutal people.

What Kareena said?

Now Kareena Kapoor has broken her silence to the trolling. In an interview with India Today TV, Kareena Kapoor Khan has said, “I am a positive person and I want to spread happiness and positivity. There is no place for negativity in our lives. Look at what the Covid-19 pandemic has done. It has brought the world closer. That’s what all of us should think about.”

On being asked how she will deal with the trolling she said, “I have to start meditating now that I am pushed against the wall. We are talking about two innocent children here.” In the past, her first son, Taimur Ali Khan name was also slammed. People trolled the couple also for naming him after a Turkish ruthless invader. However, the couple then revealed that they like the meaning of the name which is ‘Iron.’

Earlier, Saif Ali Khan’s sister, Saba Ali Khan whose posts we often see on Instagram had also reacted to the criticism that her brother and sister-in-law were receiving. She asked people to live and let live on one of her Instagram stories.

In her book, Kareena has also revealed that her second son Jehangir looks more like her. Describing the looks and attributes of her babies Kareena has written, “Both my babies are so different. Tim looks a lot like Saif. Jeh looks like me. Taimur, however, is outgoing and flamboyant. I noticed that even when he was three months old. Jeh is a lot more intense, quieter.”
