On Sunday, Deepika Padukone honored Friendship Day by writing her actor-husband Ranveer Singh a heartfelt note. On her Instagram Stories, the star sent a message that began, “Marry your best friend,” and then tagged Ranveer.

On the occasion of Friendship Day, Deepika posted a beautiful message to her Instagram Stories. The message said, “Marry your best friend. I do not say that lightly. Really, truly find the strongest, happiest friendship in the person you fall in love with. Someone who speaks highly of you. Someone you can laugh with. The kind of laughs that make your belly ache, and your nose snort. The embarrassing, earnest, healing kind of laughs. Wit is important. Life is too short not to love someone who lets you be a fool with them. Make sure they are somebody who lets you cry, too. Despair will come. Find someone that you want to be there with you through those times. Most importantly, marry the one that makes passion, love, and madness combine and course through you. Deepika on Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani
Ranveer recently brought Deepika to see his brand-new movie Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Later, he shared a video of him and Deepika dancing to the movie’s well-known dance routine, What Jhumka. After they had both performed a dance to What Jhumka, Ranveer asked Deepika to imitate his Rocky persona from the movie. Deepika can be heard giggling at the end of the video saying Ranveer, “Only you can do this.” She LLLLLLLOVED it!, Ranveer wrote in the caption for the video.

The next time we’ll see Deepika is in the upcoming action-thriller Kalki 2898 AD. Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Disha Patani also appear in the movie. According to rumors, Deepika did a unique dance performance in the Shah Rukh Khan film Jawan. The movie, which is advertised as having intense action scenes, will also star Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. This year’s September will see its release.
