Nagma Opens Up On Remaining Unmarried Even At 48, Says ‘There Is No…’

Back in 90s, actress-turned politician Nagma was a sensation among the audiences. She did various memorable roles on-screen across multiple regional cinema, including Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi and Punjabi film industries. During her time in showbiz, the actress had many controversies surrounding her relationships. She was linked to some of her married co-stars during her career in acting industry. However, Nagma always had a bad fortune in terms of love. Till today, she is unmarried.

Nagma reveals if marriage is on cards for her anytime in future

Now, in a recent interview with the Tamil news portal, IBC, the yesteryear actress opened up on remaining single at the age of 48. Sharing her views on the idea of marriage, Nagma disclosed if she wishes to settle down with a life partner anytime soon. She said that she has no intention of never getting married. In fact, the actress has a desire to get married and live with a family and children.

Furthermore, Nagma shared whether if she is happy being single at this age. She mentioned that she is happy without marriage and there is no shortage of happiness in her life.

Nagma’s controversial love life

Nagma was once hitting the headlines with the news of her extramarital affairs with four married men across different professions. The list includes popular names like Sourav Ganguly, Sharath Kumar, Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan.

The actress was reportedly in live-in relationship with the Bhojpuri actor, Ravi Kishan in the same house with latter’s wife. Ravi’s spouse shared no animosity with Nagma. In fact, both of them were very close to each another.

Talking about the actress’ love affair with Indian cricketer, Sourav Ganguly, the duo fell in love while the cricketer was already married to his wife, Dona. After dating for a few years, they broke up. Revealing the reason behind the same, Nagma had said that Sourav’s flourishing cricket career was at stake because of their relationship. Everyone was blaming her for his poor performance in the matches back at that time.

Nagma’s career

Nagma was born as Nandita Aravind Morarji. She made her acting debut in 1990 with the film ‘Baaghi’ opposite Salman Khan. Post that, the actress starred in multiple hit movies like ‘Suhaag’, ‘Lal Baadshah’, and ‘Kunwara’. Nagma quit her promising film career to join full-time politics in 2004.
