Actress Rakhi Sawant is going through a tough time. She has lost her beloved mother to cancer and is crying inconsolably. Sawant was captured by paparazzi as she carried the mortal remains of her mother for cremation in Mumbai.
Rakhi informed the paps that her mother has passed away. She was in extreme pain while mourning her mother’s demise. She told shutterbugs, “Maa ab nahi rahi…” and broke down into tears. The ones around her tried to console a devastated Rakhi.
The former Bigg Boss contestant penned an emotional note alongside an old video of her mother from the hospital. She said that she has nothing to lose now and asked who will listen to her now. “Aaj meri maa ka haat sar se uth gaya, Or mere pass khone ke liye kuch nhi bacha. I love you MAA❤️ Aap ke bina kuch nhi raha, ab koun meri pukar sunega or koun mujhe gale lagayega maa.. Ab Mai kya karu…kaha jauuuu.. I miss you Aai,” wrote Rakhi.

Several celebs took to the comments section and offered condolences to Rakhi’s mother. Pavitra Punia wrote, “Stay strong rakhi 🥺 please take care ? Bhagwan aunty ki aatma ko shanti de 🙏 Om Shanti.”
Farah Khan, Rashmi Desai, Rohit Verma and Rajiv Adatia attended the funeral of Rakhi’s mother. They were seen consoling a shattered Rakhi.
Rakhi’s husband Adil Durrani also stood like a rock in the entire process. He made all the arrangements of the funeral. It happened at Municipal Christian cemetery.
For the unversed, Rakhi’s mother Jaya Bheda was suffering from brain tumour and cancer. She breathed her last at the age of 73 in a Juhu hospital. Many celebrities like Salman Khan and his brother Sohail Khan had been extending financial support to Rakhi for the medical expenses of her mother.
