Shah Rukh Khan and his family have been keeping a low profile since his son, Aryan Khan’s arrest and bail in the drugs case. The members of the family refrained from posting anything on social media too during these testing times. However, recently the actor made his first digital appearance at an event for a brand. His wife Gauri too has returned to work. She shared her first post on Instagram after a long time.

On Wednesday, Hyundai India announced its new brand ambassadors. In pictures shared on social media, King Khan was seen congratulating them through a video message. Wearing a round-neck T-shirt along with a jacket, Shah Rukh poured in his wishes for the brand. His hair was tied back and he was looking all bulked up.

The pictures soon caught fans’ attention. Many of his admirers welcomed the actor back into the spotlight. “Finally sir ke dharshan ho hee gaya (Finally, we got a glimpse of Shah Rukh),” a fan tweeted. “Waiting to see him on the big screen,” another fan said.

Gauri Khan, who is an interior designer by profession posted for the first time on social media after her son’s bail. Reacting to Khan’s post, filmmaker-cinematographer Farah Khan, who shares a close bond with Shah Rukh commented: “So good to see you back at work, Gauri.” Fans also welcomed Gauri with warmth.

For the unversed, Aryan was arrested after a raid on a Goa-bound cruise ship. He spent nearly a month in Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail. While Shah Rukh hasn’t yet commented on the arrest, the actor was captured visiting Aryan in jail once. Aryan was released on bail in late October.
