A Mumbai court says, “A woman cannot be treated as a participant in any case when she is molested on a road or public transport. The onus is on the woman not to complain in such cases.” The case cannot be prosecuted.”

Additional Sessions Judge SC Jadhav last week upheld the magisterial court’s order discharging Shilpa Shetty in the case, saying obscenity on her part was not evident.
