Actress Shraddha Kapoor uploaded pictures of herself on Wednesday showcasing her new appearance. The star posted a clever statement on Instagram to announce her new short hairstyle.

She penned, “Dil chota mat karo, baal karo .” In the photographs taken at her house, the actor struck a few adorable postures. While some of Shraddha’s followers could not get enough of her new appearance, others were curious as to “why” she went short.

In the pictures, Shraddha was seated on the ground wearing a pink top, blue jeans, and white trainers. In a selfie, she grinned for the camera, and in another one, she caressed her shoulder-length hair while posing with her eyes closed. What a cutie, wrote one of her followers on her post. Another remark said, “Too cute!!!” More than one person commented, “Rest of the girls on one side, and Shraddha Kapoor on the other (heart emojis).”

Some individuals were also curious about the actor’s new look and its background. “Don’t lie @shraddhakapoor, did you cut your hair at home?” someone jokingly said. “Shraddha, what did you do?” a different person questioned. Yet another person questioned, “Ye kya kar diya (what have you done)?” Another admirer added, “Oh but why. Your lengthy hair makes you appear adorable. Others questioned whether Shraddha had shaved her head in preparation for a future endeavor.

Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor most recently appeared in the March 8 film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, which was released in theatres. Netflix recently made available the Luv Ranjan-directed movie. Dimple Kapadia, Boney Kapoor, and Anubhav Singh Bassi also play supporting parts in the movie.

Stree 2, which also features Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurrana, and Abhishek Banerjee, is the next project for Shraddha. The movie will be released on August 31, 2024. In 2018, Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijan collaborated on the horror-comedy Stree. Over five years prior, the actors had disclosed the Stree 2 release date. At the Infinite Together event hosted by Jio Studios last month, the same information was made public.
