“Social Media Baby” Kangana Ranaut

By Kailash Saini

I am giving her a new term “Social Media Baby” because she deserves it. Let’s not indulge in the debate on whether she is ethically correct or not, since the attack on her office last year till her Twitter ban now, she made a public opinion that she is unreplaceable, though she can replace anybody, as she did with Sonu Sood in Manikarnika. Everybody hates her but used to give him enough media coverage.

It is impossible to beat her in personal relations, though she can, Adhyan Suman, Hritik Roshan are examples. But on the work front, she has great skills, if you tune in to “Fashion” and “Gangster” movies, you will realize how intense she is. Her upcoming movie is Thalaivi, a political biography. Kangana has created a new movie environment and many young actresses have adopted his new way of working, we consider it a new innovation in cinema.

She is a great actor and additionally, a dominating actor, though in Fashion she was not lead protagonist, she has gained enough attention as she is having the quality naturally, she proved her presence in any role and space. If somebody is there who is making a lot of coverage in media, creating new media culture, his or her competitor would jealous, when recently Twitter banned his account then everybody from the movie industry supports twitter’s decision.

I am not justifying her statement, but there is enough hate speech on Twitter, is all hate speakers banned on it? Then why Kangana? It’s pretty clear, that his contemporary actors feel that nobody is capable to do innovation in cinema as Kangana did, she has many films whose she manages to succeed upon her shoulders, Such as Queen, Tanu weds Manu and more like that, she created woman-led cinema in India.
