Olivia Rodrigo Faces ‘Wardrobe Malfunction’ During Performance, But, She Kept On Going
Olivia Rodrigo suffered a horrible wardrobe malfunction. However, Sher handled it like a pro. Not once did she miss a beat, as her top came undone during her London concert and kept the damn thing in place.
The ‘Vampire’ singer took the stage at the O2 Arena on Tuesday as part of her world tour. It was during a vigorous performance of her hit, “Love Is Embarrassing,” that Olivia’s upper-body garment broke open, forcing the former Disney Channel star to hold it in place.
Olivia has yet to address the on-stage hiccup. However, her fans are sure she isn’t sweating it. They are applauding her for her professionalism.
The “Happier” singer is currently in the midst of her trek’s European leg, which began April 30 in Dublin. It follows her initial run of shows in North America, which featured stops in Palm Springs, Calif., New York City, Toronto, and more cities.
However, Olivia is not the only American singer who suffered a wardrobe malfunction this year. In April, Katy Perry almost bared it all on live TV Monday night when her sculptural 3D top broke in the middle of “American Idol.” But she kept her cool as crew members and fellow “Idol” judge Luke Bryan attempted to come to the rescue.
“My top broke #idol,” the “Last Friday Night” singer, 39, captioned a hilarious Instagram reel of herself wearing a structural silver Kate Barton crop top crafted from metal as team members attempted to fix it with various tools.
The “Roar” singer ended up unintentionally channelling Bianca Censori at the end of the reel, holding a white throw pillow in front of her chest to keep things family-friendly.
