The couple’s wedding was a small affair with only their closest family and friends in attendance. Ranbir and Alia’s wedding was attended by Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Shweta Bachchan, Shloka Ambani, Karan Johar, Ayan Mukerji, Navya Naveli, and others. However, Rishi Kapoor, Ranbir’s late father, and iconic actor was not present at his son’s celebrations.

In a beautiful video uploaded by a fan, the late Rishi Kapoor is seen photoshopped into Ranbir and Alia’s wedding pictures, which also includes Neetu, Riddhima’s spouse, Mahesh Bhatt, Soni Razdan, and Shaheen Bhat. The user posted the video on his Instagram and wrote, “Now the frame is complete.” This lovely gesture caught Neetu Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni’s attention, and they expressed their gratitude by reposting the video on social media. Meanwhile, following their magical wedding, Alia and Ranbir threw a post-wedding party, which was attended by many celebrities, including Gauri Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Shah Rukh Khan, and Karan Johar, Ayan Mukerji, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Aadar Jain, Tara Sutaria, and others.
