During an appearance on Today With Hoda and Jenna, the actor explained how his life has changed since his girlfriend Erin Darke gave birth to their newborn boy in April. “It’s awesome,” he admitted. “I think a lot of people said, Just get through the first six months, then it gets better,’ but I’ve kind of enjoyed the initial six months”. “I do not know what I had expected, but it really fantastic,” he added. And, in a nutshell, it’s wonderful, and he’s the best thing that’s ever occurred.”
“The long version?” The actor says, “It’s terrifying to have someone I care so much about, whose actions are going to affect my perspective on life for the rest of my life.” That’s intimidating.”
The Harry Potter star told Entertainment Tonight in July about the changes in his life since their family enlarged due to the child, and he described it as a truly great experience.

Radcliffe began dating Darke in 2012 after meeting on the set of Kill Your Darlings. It was confirmed in March of this year that the 39-year-old was pregnant, and she gave birth the following month.
