Vicky Jain talked about how he persuaded his wife Ankita Lokhande to compete in “Bigg Boss 17” in a recent interview, adding that teasing strengthened their bond. Ankita Lokhande and her husband, Vicky Jain, have been in the news since their appearance on the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 17.

For those who are unaware, Ankita and Vicky became a power couple in Tinseltown after being married in a gorgeous ceremony in December 2021. Because of their endearing connection and PDA moments, the pair has a sizable fan base. Vicky has now at last talked about his experience on Bigg Boss 17 alongside his wife Ankita.

Vicky Jain reveals how he convinced Ankita Lokhande to participate in Bigg Boss 17

During an interview with The Indian Express before the show, Vicky Jain talked about how he persuaded his wife, Ankita Lokhande, to compete in Bigg Boss 17. For years, Ankita has avoided it, but Vicky explained to her the reason they should play the game inside the BB house. He stated: “We both are also fans of the show and watch it religiously. I told her that rather than sitting at home and getting invested in what’s happening in the house, we should be there. It was time for us to be here and play the game inside. Us being on the show is purely out of our love for Bigg Boss.”

Furthermore, Vicky stated that he and Ankita intend to play the game through to the very end and that they both hope Salman Khan would declare one of them the winner. Though he and Ankita would be playing a separate game, the entrepreneur also said that they would undoubtedly fight back if someone made fun of their marital status. Speaking about similar topics, he stated:

“Honestly, that’s our desire but we haven’t really given it much of a thought. We want to take each day as it comes. But yes, we want to be the ones switching off the lights on the final days. We both will be playing an individual game but if someone attacks our marital status, we will not wait to fight back.”

Vicky Jain on his fears of putting his relationship in front of audience 

Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande have been married for about two years. Vicky stated that they have always been an open book, so there is no fear when asked whether he is afraid of putting his relationship on display in public during that same interview. He also mentioned that, despite being watched by cameras nonstop, they would never allow their love for the game to wane. To quote him:

“Our relationship has always been in the public eye. Especially when you are involved in the entertainment industry, everything is out in the open. Ankita has always been an open book and fans know everything about us. So there is no fear. As for our marital bond, I think we want to move ahead organically. Yes, the camera would be on us 24X7 but we cannot be worrying about that right now. All I can say is that whatever happens, we will never let the passion of the game die.”
