KRK (Kamal Rashid Khan) was in the headlines for the last many days after he messed with Salman Khan. KRK had said a lot of things to Salman Khan and also did a negative review of his film ‘Radhe’. Not only this, but KRK also made many personal allegations against Salman. After which Salman Khan’s team filed a defamation case on KRK. The defamation case against KRK by Salman Khan was heard on Wednesday.

City Civil Court judge CV Marathe said, “Prestige and honor are equal to security and liberty for a good person.” Along with this, he has issued an interim order to actor and film critic KRK against making any statement, video, post, or indecent content against Salman Khan. Let us tell you, under this order, KRK now prohibits taking names against Salman Khan, his family, director, shareholder, or Salman Khan’s company.
Salman’s lawyer Pradeep Gandhi told the court, “All the posts were very derogatory and there is no bar on commenting on the film but the personal allegation is baseless.” So there the lawyer of film critic Manoj Gadkari told in the court, “Salman Khan is a public figure. Due to this he also comes under the purview of criticism and KRK has given his reaction about his film Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai.”

Passing the interim order in the trial, the judge said, “Any person who is known by his own name. His name may not have any value for society but it is everything for that person. It is very important to have a good name.”

So at the same time, KRK’s reaction came after this whole matter. He tweeted and wrote, “So far I have not received any copy of the court order. I have read in media reports that the court has ordered that now I should not speak anything against Salman Khan. I have never spoken against him and will not speak. But I honestly review films and will continue to do so.”
